Very comfortable accommodation in a convenient location

Great value for money; I booked it three months in advance and it was a very good price. The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. Lovely shower! Very quiet - could sleep with the window open. Location is excellent; within easy walking distance of central attractions, famous clubs, and train stations. We also really appreciated the vegan items they provided for us for breakfast; I hadn't thought to request vegan items specifically, but when we asked, they went above and beyond to provide a delicious selection of items for us.

Beds were super comfy, we really rested well while sleeping. Room was clean and with a nice view of the city. Location is great, area is very calm, yet central. Staff is pleasant and friendly.

I think it would be impossible to describe how satisfied we were with the hotel we chose for our 8-day Berlin holiday. First of all, its location is close to Alexanderplatz square (we can say that it is the center that is constantly passed by) with the U2 metro, as close as 3 stops. However, due to the current metro work, it is necessary to get off the metro at the Klosterstrasse and change platforms and transfer, which I think is the only annoying moment. The hotel is simple but very stylish, its cleanliness is simply wonderful, the staff are helpful and friendly, we felt at home for the first time in a hotel. As it was early to check-in at the time of our arrival, we were able to spend the day walking around by putting our luggage in the lockers in the luggage storage section. Despite the possibility of daily room cleaning, we only asked for 2 times, the beds were very comfortable, the pillows and duvets offered were suitable enough in minus temperatures. We did not have any problems with the heating, it is possible to control the sufficient temperature with the central system, the windows can be opened and the towel warmer in the bathroom was wonderful. We will remember the pleasure of bathing with the hot and abundant water flowing from the shower :) The floors were carpeted, but we did not have an allergic problem because it was clean. The only thing we were looking for was a mini bar in the room, the snacks and chocolates we bought melted a bit in the high temperature of the room. However, we were able to deal with this issue by keeping it cool on the marble in front of the window. Lemon or mint water served every day with a large seating area in the hotel lobby was a very kind detail. We did not take breakfast to explore the city comfortably, but I can say that it looks very nice. There is a kettle in the room and when you need tea and coffee again, they give you at the reception if you request it.
